Does a laptop fit?

Yes. A padded compartment is dedicated to your laptop, keeping it separated from the main area so it does not swim among your clothes and books. The slip pockets take care of the charger and small accessories.

How much does it hold?

14 L, in a 39 × 28 × 13 cm frame. The main area takes your bulkiest items: books, a set of clothes, a drone. The zippered and slip pockets keep the rest sorted, and the large main opening means you can pack and unpack in minutes.

Is it water resistant?

The material is water-resistant, not waterproof. It can withstand light rain and splashes, but avoid heavy or prolonged rain and immersion. Protect electronics separately, wipe off moisture and let the bag dry naturally away from direct heat.

Is it made for commuting or for travel?

Both, and that is the point: the same bag rides the tram to work with your laptop and lands halfway around the world with a set of clothes. If you like the spirit but want a different cut of the same full-grain leather, look at the ALTA men's leather rucksack.

Is this a technical hiking backpack?

No, and it does not pretend to be. Full grain leather weighs 1.6 kg empty, and there is no hip belt or ventilated back panel here: this is a bag you choose for the material and the look, carried through daily life and travel. If you want a light technical fabric pack for the same everyday role, our Sandqvist backpacks play that card better than we do.

How do I care for the leather?

Very little is needed. Rub light scratches with a cloth and a drop of vegetable oil and they fade into the grain; let the bag dry naturally after rain. Veins and small marks are inherent to full-grain leather, and with the years they build a patina that tells your own story.
