How do I check whether my book fits?
Measure your book when closed, including its spine. Compare all listed dimensions and leave room around the zipper. A sleeve's outside measurements are not a guarantee of usable internal space.
Am I buying one piece or a set?
The selected option and the “What is included” section show the quantity you receive. Group photographs may show several available designs. Check the option before adding it to your bag.
Will my pen or marker work with this paper?
The result depends on both the paper and the ink. Paper weight alone does not guarantee that ink will stay on one side. Test your pen, marker or adhesive on an unused area first.
Where can I find my delivery update?
Look for your order confirmation and dispatch email first. If a tracking link was provided, open it for the carrier's latest update. For more help, email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
