  • Full-grain leather is a natural material. Small marks, grain variation and slight colour differences can occur, including between batches. Test suitable leather-care products on an inconspicuous area first.
  • Oil immersed leather products can be prone by nature to colour transference on light fabrics. To avoid that, please make sure to dry your leather if it gets wet and try to avoid contact with light coloured fabrics. Follow the fabric’s care instructions if colour transfer occurs.

Does the Roya fit a laptop?

Yes. The main storage area has a computer divider that holds your laptop against the back panel, with slip pockets alongside for a phone or an external battery. The bag measures 42 cm x 34 cm x 13.5 cm, so measure a larger machine against those dimensions before ordering.

How much can I carry in it?

Around 20 liters : books, a computer, chargers and your everyday essentials, with room to spare. A spacious front pocket keeps what you use most often at hand, and a small zippered pocket on the back of the bag shelters your most precious accessories against your own spine.

Is it real leather?

The Roya is made of full-grain leather with a canvas lining. Full grain keeps the hide's natural surface, so small traces, veins and marks are part of the deal: they deepen into a patina as the leather ages, and no two bags end up looking quite the same.

Work or school: which one is it built for?

Can it handle rain?

The material is water-resistant, not waterproof. It can withstand light rain and splashes, but avoid heavy or prolonged rain and immersion. Protect electronics separately, wipe off moisture and let the bag dry naturally away from direct heat.

What are its limits?

Its weight and its character. At 1,7 kg empty, full-grain leather costs you something on the scale, and this bag prefers offices, campuses and city streets to mountain trails.
