Returns & refunds
To request a return, email support@diyion.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the request. Please contact us before sending anything back.
For the store's voluntary return policy, items should be unused, with their tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Eligibility, exceptions and any return postage are explained in the full policy. Free return postage is not offered for every item.
Once we have received and approved your return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process it.
