Processing and dispatch
We normally prepare orders for dispatch within 1–2 business days. The delivery estimates below start after dispatch. Add the processing time when estimating when your order will arrive.
Economy delivery
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 12–20 business days. Economy delivery is free on orders of US$40 or more. At checkout, you can see which services are available for your address and the final delivery charge.
Express delivery
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 business days. Express delivery costs US$19.99 where available. Allow additional time for order processing.
Delivery times are estimates. Allow an extra 3–4 days around public holidays. Check the options available for your destination before ordering, especially if you need a gift for a particular date.
