Help with an order
Look for your order confirmation and dispatch email first. If a tracking link was provided, open it for the carrier's latest update. For more help, email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, keep the packaging and email a clear photograph of the item, the package and the issue. Include your order number and explain what you expected to receive.
If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the order can still be changed before dispatch.
