About DIYION
We sell laser-cut model kits. Book nooks that slot between books and light up, wooden and metal mechanical models, and miniature houses that arrive as a furnished room in a flat box.
Everything here is a kit. It arrives flat, with numbered parts and an illustrated manual, and you build it. Nothing is pre-assembled and nothing pretends to be furniture.
That is the whole promise, and we would rather be dull about it than surprising. A kit that takes a weekend is listed as a kit that takes a weekend. A kit that needs glue says so on the product page, next to the piece count and the build time.

What we stopped doing
This store used to show a review score it could not back up, a timer that reset every time the page reloaded, and a stock number that was not counting anything. All of it is gone.
You will not see a rating on this site until there are genuine reviews behind it. If a number appears anywhere here, it came from an order, a policy or a product spec.
Kits are ages 14+. They contain small parts, thin edges and, on some models, glue. Missing or broken pieces are replaced free — send us the part number.

30-day returns
Changed your mind? Return it within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. EU orders have 14 days to cancel for any reason.

Replacements are free
Snapped a strut, lost part 87, got a sheet with a bad cut? Send us the part number and we mail a new one. You never re-buy the kit.

Stuck on a step? Send a photo of it and the part numbers you have. A person reads it and replies — there is no chatbot in front of us.

How long does delivery take?
12 to 20 business days, and it is free on orders over $40. The full terms are on the shipping policy page.
Can I send a kit back?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. In the EU you have 14 days to cancel for any reason. The refund policy has the detail.
A part is missing or broken. Now what?
We mail you a replacement and you pay nothing. Send the part number from the manual through the part replacement page.
Do I need tools?
No workshop, no power tools, no 3D printer. Parts arrive pre-cut and numbered. Glue, sandpaper and tweezers are in the box on the kits that need them.
