Part Replacement

For All Our Customers:

If some parts are broken or lost during the assembly, we can offer you part replacement service.

Please fill out this form and we will contact you within 2 working days of receiving the form.

Please note:

If you find any missing or damaged parts when you open the product package(s), we are happy to replace them for free.

However, if any parts are damaged during assembly, we recommend that you first try to repair the damaged part with glue - in most cases, this should be enough to fix the problem. If the part(s) are not easily repairable or have been lost, please feel free to contact us for a replacement. You only need to pay for shipping, and your new part(s) will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.

To help our Diyion puzzle experts assist you quickly, please include your order number, the specific puzzle name, and detailed photos of any issues you're experiencing. The more information you provide, the faster we can solve your puzzle dilemma without unnecessary back-and-forth emails.

Our puzzle enthusiasts at Diyion typically respond within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days). We prioritize inquiries about in-transit or recently delivered orders. All responses will be sent to the email address you provide, so please ensure it's entered correctly when contacting support@diyion.com.

Once you've submitted your request form to Diyion, it cannot be edited. We recommend double-checking all details before clicking submit. If you need to provide additional information or correct something, please send a new email to support@diyion.com referencing your original request so our puzzle experts can connect your communications.
